Used your recipe to break in my new ice cream maker. I bake A LOT, but this is the first time I have ever made ice cream. We are a family of oreo lovers so this recipe sounded like a perfect fit! SOOO creamy and yummy right out of the machine, and even better after 2 hours in my freezer (flavors seemed more melded) Thanks for posting!

cold weather is perfect for ice cream. first, there’s the challenge i’m willing to take. and second, it won’t melt!

Hi! I love eating ice cream too when its cold outside. I think it’s because the ice cream melts less so it last much longer which translate to more time for me to enjoy it.
